Dmitry has been among organizers of numerous street rallies in New York and Washington, D.C. against Putin’s government, its actions in Ukraine and Syria, and in support of political prisoners in Russia. With other activists in the U.S., Dmitry has advocated for greater accountability for human rights abusers in Russia. In 2018, Dmitry became a coordinator at Free Russia Foundation.
