Yulia Abdullaeva
Project Coordinator, Reforum Space Berlin
Yulia Abdullaeva is a public relations and project management specialist with experience in the German non‑profit sector since 2017.
With a background in communications, Yulia combines her extensive experience in conceptualizing advertising and PR campaigns with a profound understanding of the German political and social systems, facilitating successful communication between exiles and representatives of German civil society.
Following Russia's full‑scale invasion of Ukraine, she established Panda Safe Space, a volunteer adaptation project for Ukrainian refugees in Berlin. Currently, she coordinates Reforum Space Berlin and manages the cross‑center program for legal and psychological support for Russian and Belarusian anti‑war exiles.
Yulia holds a degree in journalism from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and a degree in political science from the Free University of Berlin, where she conducted research on the Russian protest movement of 2011–2012. She has been living and working in Berlin since 2011.
